The Tel Aviv – Palestine railway is a railway that connects the cities of Tel Aviv, Holon, Bat Yam, Rishon Lezion, Yavne and the Palestine junction, and which was built as part of the five-year plan of the Israel Railways. The railway is a continuation of the coastal railway and part of the railway line along the coast, from the rivers in the north
As far as Sderot in the south (and on to Beer Sheva).
Scope of Services:
As part of the project our responsibility was:
Supervision:
Supervising the execution of the signaling contractor THALES
Supervision of copper and optical communication contractors.
Supervision of signaling, communication and electrical contractors of all schedule and budget aspects.
Supervising and synchronization, between acting contractors on site.
Account approvals.
Design management:
Design management for the signaling communication and optical transmission in the line.
Design management for communication and signaling systems in the control rooms.
Design management of all substructure adaptation design to the superstructure systems.
